When the metal bracelet of my watch suddenly and surprisingly bent after less than a year, the answer I got was "Bad luck - you have to buy a new strap" (80 € at 120 € new price of the watch) It wasn't very customer-friendly , no concession 😳
Employee was very pleasant. Not pushy and calm. Could help us very well. The shop is much more sympathetic to me than other jewelry stores on the corner.
