A total disaster! The law firm was recommended to us after an accident, which is now over 1.5 years ago and until today the damage has not been paid, the matter has not been clarified and there have been complaints that we did not want and about which we were not informed! ! and nothing goes ahead. Repeated attempts to reach the lawyer, be it in writing or by telephone, have failed. You will not be called back or informed about anything, a pure disaster! You have more work with them than if you had taken care of everything yourself!

Had bad experiences with the firm's performance in a loss. That was the last time for me with MSK Landau.

Waiting for feedback since May 2019. There is no response to emails or calls. Even half a star is too much for Mr. Müller

!!! 1-star is still too much! Unfortunately I also became a victim and can understand the bad reviews very very well. The law firm was recommended to me by the legal department of my insurance company (due to the distance to the place of residence). But I have already informed my insurance company that the law firm may no longer be recommended. The law firm does not stand up for your clients at all, but lets them run into the open knife. On the phone you have the feeling that the employees are sometimes annoyed when they are called. My case was recorded and a letter was immediately written and sent to the opposing side. The letter was reportedly sent with registered mail and return receipt. In the letter, deadlines for feedback from the opposite side were mentioned, which were not met for weeks. 1 week after the deadline, I asked the law firm whether the law firm had received an answer. Unfortunately, I could not be given any information (the lawyer was no longer sure whether he even requested a return receipt because he could not find it). There appears to be total chaos in the firm's records. On the phone I was told to wait a few more weeks and then contact me again (with the hope that something will happen and the return receipt will no longer have to be searched for). I was also told by the law firm that if the opposing party does not respond and the law firm files a complaint and the opposing party does not appear, I remain at my expense because there is no obligation to answer and appear. Here I question wrong advice. A few weeks later I received an email from the law firm asking if I could bring the law firm up to date because you no longer know how far the case has been resolved. The end of the song was, I had to take care of the case myself and in the end the law firm only cashed in. Probably at the beginning the law firm had in mind (with dollar signs in front of it) that it can write a letter and cash in.
