Pre-ordering by telephone does not always work or you get a confirmation days later ... Staff in the shop very nice and friendly ....

Despite the order and the promise that the goods only have to be picked up, nothing was prepared and the books had to be looked for first. Pity...

In August my mother (80 years old) wanted to order a book. The shop was well attended and all employees were talking to customers, so that we could browse through in peace and also found two books. Basically there is a nice selection of reading material there. The employee who advised us was obviously hopelessly overwhelmed with the additional order, because when my mother asked the lady's PC an interim question when ordering, the rather harsh answer was that you couldn't work like that and she should wait for the lady Order entered. I can no longer give the exact wording, but it was such an unpleasant experience that we will forego this experience in the future and order online. I recommend one or two employee training courses to business owners if they want to survive in the long run alongside all the many online shops.
