We were always very satisfied and felt well advised, whether with our kitchen purchase or other equipment.
Wanted to buy the device from a local company because I wanted it to be delivered and assembled quickly (1 week was planned) and I accepted the comparatively high price for it (I would have gotten it much cheaper elsewhere, but with a longer delivery / assembly time ).
When the delivery date came, it turned out that I needed an XXL device. In the consultation, however, no questions were asked about the height of the worktop and the height of the plinth (how would I, as a layperson, have known what was important? The only question asked was the width of the old device ... the old device model was known, from which the "specialist "Yes, you can already deduce that it was an XXL device) ... so the" normal-sized "device back again, XXL device ordered (additional costs announced by telephone 30 €) ... wait again.
When the device was there, it was installed quickly and professionally. However, contrary to the previous agreement, the additional costs on the invoice were now 40 €.
Conclusion: high prices, advice (as it turned out later) inadequate; Installation / service very good ... even if I am satisfied with the device, I am dissatisfied with the process of purchasing this device.
Very friendly and accommodating, even if you only want to drop off a package in the DPD shop. Great !!!
