I'm actually not a person who would rate something bad, but if something goes so badly it doesn't work at all, staff without nerves, especially the early shift and late shift, some are simply not wearable, pain is diagnosed as theater, eye rolls including loud heresy, good that Patients have their requests to go even though you just came, station 18 should talk about it urgently and make changes if necessary, the young night nurse was very nice and courteous
