Unfortunately the worst hospital far and wide! As a patient, I should report to the ward at 5:45 a.m., but the admission for patients does not open until 6:00 a.m., where other patients were waiting to be admitted. There was still no free bed in the ward until the operation at 1 p.m. Fortunately, I was able to get ready for the operation in a doctor's room. The patient who had to go to the operation before me was allowed to change clothes in the toilet for the operation - sad but true! There is no longer a visit as we know it. It's just a quick run-through now that doesn't even get you to ask a question. The entire round for our twin room lasted about 15 seconds. On the day of my discharge, no accompanying person was allowed to come to me on the ward to carry my luggage, it was the rule with a virus like the "CORONA" to limit the times for guests. I then carried the luggage alone with my broken arm. In this hospital I felt as if I were still in the 70s and not in a modern hospital. This hospital is just very backward & a very unfriendly staff on the wards. I can only wish everyone good health and if fate should mean it differently, then by all means avoid the KH Eberswalde.

Many notice about reception area. I hand in a note / for the purpose of Corona and hello and then I move on. The delivery room and maternity ward (St.7) are great, everyone is nice, happy and helpful. That is why we gave birth to our third child here, just like the second two years ago. The first was born in Asklepius. It wasn't so nice for my wife and my child. I was satisfied where I could finally bring them home.

My mother is 85 years old and was admitted to the Eberswalde hospital on January 4th, 2021 with an elbow fracture. She should have an operation on January 5th, 21st because of severe pain. Then it was on January 6th. Then it was called on January 7th. She was finally operated on on Friday. After a call on Saturday (no visit due to corona) I heard on the phone: again for the woman ........) We are a big family and if this hospital only has 2 cell phones for 44 rooms for an entire ward is that sad. I've heard this sentence 3 times. Today my mother was finally released. Since I live 600km away from Eberswalde and I found out from my brother that my mother was bringing a vehicle home and she then had to wait 3 hours, everything was gone. For me, this hospital is in the category 6-.

I can recommend the Werner Forßmann Hospital in Eberswalde to everyone. The doctors, like nurses, and all the other employees are very nice and courteous. I had 2 wisdom teeth operated out. Everything went smoothly. I have never been as well cared for in any hospital as there. Unfortunately you can only give 5 stars. They deserved a lot more.

Unfortunately nothing has improved in the "NOT" recording. Spent 6 hours there in the waiting room with a broken arm. An operation took place only 5 days later. Who can should avoid the KH urgently. For over 50 years the KH has not shaken its bad reputation.
