Big, bright, friendly and very nice employees, super friendly advice, open and honest, as well as competent. The ambience invites you to look and be amazed, large contemplative selection of tiles. Any size and various designs. The company is very easy to find and can be clearly seen from the street. You get a coffee on site (self-service). Hygiene in a crisis is observed, distance and face mask, as well as hygiene in connection with surface cleaning.

Nice service in the office and on the square, it will be nice to come back to such places quickly unloading 🙂

Children are prohibited! Unfortunately we were denied access to the shop because we had our three-year-old son (with a nose mask) with us. Absolutely discriminatory and arbitrary. A call to the head office did not help either, nor did it provide a logical explanation. When asked what single parents should do, there was only a shrug. Because of this, we no longer buy from Raab Karcher, but in stores where we are welcome and not just our money.
