Quiet excursion restaurant with an attached stud that looks quite spacious at first glance

On October 18th, on the occasion of my dad's 80th birthday, we had ordered a table for lunch and coffee, as we had eaten in this beautiful restaurant several times. This time we were not disappointed either 😁 the table was set with care and the food was excellent. We had roulades, duck breast and kangaroo with dumplings, red cabbage and mushrooms. As a starter, tomato soup, seasoned meat and a small salad plate. Real German home cooking at fair prices. With the coffee there was delicious homemade cake and a fruit cake. I think there were 12 to 14 different types of cake on the cake platters. Simply delicious, including the coffee. Thank you for the very attentive and friendly service. Nice stopover if you are planning bike tours through the Zeitzgrund. Large playground for the small and delicious ice cream.

Great destination for hiking or cycling tours in the Zeitzgrund. Of course you can also go there specifically. Friendly and competent staff. Very good with children, there are playground horses and other animals. We had a good time there !!!
