I was always given very good advice every year and questions were answered in a helpful manner. I'm curious whether it will work quickly this year despite Corona. I also think the appointment organization is very good.

Took a week to get a simple question answered. If the answer is not just hung up, I am not responsible. "Unfortunately the colleague is not in the office" or "I put you through the connection (followed by a tape announcement that I should try again later). Incredibly unfriendly and annoyed staff who have no ambition to answer questions or solve problems. After all, the service times are 3 Hours a day👍🏻

It's unbelievable how long it takes. First the clerk is sick for 4 weeks. Then something is missing. Every time you call you get a different statement. But if they want money from us. Super bad.
