The most racist people I never see (03-07-2019/18:30h)
Good experience so far, but today it has been treated outrageously.
Apparently I lost my mask on the way and just wanted to hand over 2 packages. So I covered my mouth and nose with the T-shirt and went to the store. After a few seconds, a young man behind the counter spoke to me harshly, “Get out of the shop without a mask!”. My cautious request whether you could do that with the T-shirt (as in supermarkets etc.) was also rejected unfriendly.
By the way, the gentleman himself had the mask under his nose ... I probably don't have to be told that!
Bad lead from the company.
Employees totally overworked are even sick at work.

Very large selection. There's pretty much everything about magazines and a good selection of comics.
Optically beautiful shop, but there is a star. The second star goes to the assortment. Unfortunately, the salespeople are often overwhelmed, annoyed and the employees like to leave that to the customer. As my previous speaker Abdullah Kilic I had to say, a "good morning" or "hello" is already too much to ask, here is not the customer king of friendly good mood enters the store. HERE it is obviously the blonde saleswoman long hair, who also likes to talk to colleagues, while the queue at the cash register is getting longer. Please do not disturb this lady with casual questions and just do not make mistakes as a customer and make a promise, because Umentscheid does not go with her. She is the queen of the shop, with only a sneer in her face.
