Very very nice and detailed advice. Almost everything can be ordered and will be there the next day. I always like to come back (gives a lot of nice gift ideas - even if you are not a book lover)

To support local businesses, we have been buying our books here for a long time and have been very satisfied so far. Today I wanted to exchange a paperback, which I already had, for another one. An exchange was refused because the book would no longer have been packed and transport in a backpack would have damaged the book. (minimal barely visible nudge at a corner). I imagine goodwill and service with good long-term customers differently. We will probably buy our books from Amazon soon, so you can exchange them at any time.
