I wanted to hand in one of my two-stroke motorcycle cylinders for repairs. Unfortunately, as a customer, I didn't have the feeling that I was being taken seriously. One or the other statement from the employee didn't seem particularly competent. Appointments are not kept. My request to inform me by phone was also not complied with. In the end, it took the company 1.5 weeks to measure the diameter of my cylinder. No solutions were given. Apparently no "small customers" are desired in this company. Will I have to send my cylinders through half of Germany in the future? What a shame !!
