I've had something done here with my vehicle a few times. In general, the performance was okay, but always with small flaws. Recently, Mr. Pacha made me an oral offer, but when paying the final price was more than twice too high. When I asked, I was replied that the offer was only for material costs ... that Mr. Pacha could not calculate the working hours beforehand. (Change fuel filter🤦) Please! As a customer, of course, I need the final price, or at least an estimate. I've never seen anything like this in any other workshop.
The only advantage of Werkstatt Pacha for me was the short distance from home. I prefer to drive a few more kilometers first, but at least I get professional service.
Unreliable company, have canceled TÜV appointment without cancellation. Lost work for me ½ day!
