At first the baskets were disinfected halfway, which has not been the case for a long time - too expensive, too few staff or whatever. But then, in my opinion, giving customers the opportunity to do it themselves is the minimum. When asked whether the baskets are no longer disinfected, an employee replied that I could do it myself and pointed to the dispenser which should be used to disinfect the HANDS. In every other shop paper towels are made available, here you should do it with your hands. Questionable..

Why the hell do you have to take a shopping basket and a customer counter at the entrance? In theory for a necessary distance between customers, in practice the idea doesn't work. I hope that these will be disinfected, which I have to deny, when the customer goes out he often puts them back on the pile, which the new customer then takes instead of putting them in front of the checkouts. Extremely good range, I like to come here for the products, not because of the management. Sometimes I notice employees looking at my hands because I think they think I fall under the shoplifter category. No accusation of racism, just my personal thought. To cut a long story short: Employees should be more relaxed with customers. When the focus on shop theft is as massive as here, securing the products or, if you like, security services, who keep the shop safe from their room, help. But it always gives me a strange (negative) feeling when someone looks over my shoulder so obviously while shopping and studying the products. Nevertheless, I think the Müller is great, a wide range of fragrances, games, stationery and here and there a usable drink.

Nice Müller branch with a lot of choice, the staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, it is far too full, the majority of customers do not take a number and thus the counting system is superfluous. At first there was another employee at the entrance, but unfortunately that is no longer the case. The hand disinfectant provided smells so much of chlorine that we were glad that normal disinfectant was again provided in another shop.

Super unfriendly cash in which advised me to take a basket with full hands and a stroller. When I answered how I should do it, only "others can do it" ^^. Gosh where did the understanding go? The store was almost empty. Never again!!!!!
