So far I've been quite satisfied, but I haven't been going there since Monday. I received a payment, whereby I was supposed to pay the rest myself. I was just told that it had to be ordered. When I wanted to pick it up, I was supposed to be given a different pill than I was actually taking. There was no explanation of this before! There was no question of whether I could take anything else at all. Unfortunately, none of the employees thought of it. After waiting 20 minutes, I got my pill, which was on my prescription and which I've been taking for several years. That is not how it works! Insight is apparently not shown. The main thing is to write the way you need it! It was not about the health insurance, but that the cost assumption was 40.00 € and was simply looked for the pill, which was in this framework, WITHOUT discussing it with me! Better advice would be appropriate!

Absolute recommendation !! Tonight at 00:10 (10/24/20) I called easy pharmacy. 00:30 I was standing in front of the pharmacy, rang the doorbell and in the middle of the night a very friendly and helpful gentleman came to the door to talk to me. He took enough time, explained everything to me in detail and answered the same question for the third time. I felt absolutely in good hands and can at least warmly recommend the night shift - not there during the day. EVERYONE needs just such an MA and I would like to thank the gentleman again!
