The one who acquires a good garden can be happy. A big minus goes to the board of directors, which probably only regards the "old established members" as full and takes them seriously. Attempts are made to enforce rules that restrict the garden owner. Accessibility in emergencies and in general is poor. Depending on the location, there are gardens that can no longer be used in heavy rainfall and are completely flooded.
