The scarf was 17,95 but it was on sale for 9 €.I paid with my card and suddenly at home I realized that the sales person sold that for 17.95 .

Not recommendable! I'm actually a big fan of Bijou Brigitte, but this branch is definitely not recommended! I was looking forward to shopping today (July 17th) and wanted to buy jewelry for my mother's wedding. Since I had found some jewelry and advertised the branch with the 20% welcome discount, I wanted to redeem this directly. The older lady at the cash register was obviously annoyed by the question and said all the time that they would close now and she couldn't either. When I did not give up, because one is entitled to the discount, she took out a tray, breathing heavily, tapped it 2.3 times and said only "does not work, do not get in there". When asked what is now with the discount (I had even registered online myself during that time and even held out the QR code to her !!), she said to ignore me and threw the other customers out as we were 17 : 59 o'clock! Just outrageous! And on top of that comes the fact that Google is open until 7 p.m. I haven't seen such an unfriendly lady in a long time! The shop in Siegburg definitely won't see me again !!!
