When crossing the parking lot on foot (without entering the dirty shop) I was massively mobbed and pressed by the operator. Before I was a customer several times and bought drinks crates there. Now the shop is avoided and the circle of acquaintances successfully convinced to switch to the competition.
Very impolite! My friend and I wanted to go to the store for the first time. When we were in the forecourt, we were approached and sent away because we only supposed to take a shortcut through the courtyard. We explained to this older man that we would like to shop but he was sure of his cause. It was surprising and shocking that this is how customers are dealt with. In any case, we will not shop there or advise anyone else.
I can only agree with the previous speakers! A very incompetent and unfriendly shop.
Have ordered drinks and a beer tent set for a party. The drinks are extra cooled, no extra charge. Very nice staff there, can only recommend the store.
