Ordered food and arrived on time. Drink was forgotten in the menu. So called and gave brief feedback. "Yes, it says here in the kitchen, the driver had forgotten. He's still on the road and will bring the drink right after." ..... It's been 2.5 hours and now I don't need a drink anymore. Maybe next time we will order on the phone and want to pay cash. It is possible that I will only have 75% of the amount at home. But I'll bring the remaining money over then, I promise. We were regular customers, but something like today has unfortunately happened for the third time. Simply no more desire. Apparently the shop is doing well enough. Will my money get another kitchen?
