Unfortunately, very disappointed with the two women! Both recognize that the goods are defective. Even if I went to the store immediately after buying it, you mean that due to Corona there is no right to complain and you would have given the money back in a different situation. Nobody's money grows on their trees and I can't remember pretending to be a sponsor! I left 4000 € and you stress about giving back the 250 €. Sad! Definitely not a recommendation from me!

My dress was completely changed after the owner made it. A straight back neckline turned into a V, fabric was damaged and had holes that were overlapped and tried to sew up so that I wouldn't notice. Despite all efforts, the ladies refuse to allow themselves to be talked about and refuse to see this. Only as long as friendly until you have paid the money! Sayings like "your mother could have seen the mistakes when she was here" and "then we want to retroactively return the price we went down for all other items" are the order of the day. Unfortunately not very professional, legal channels were used. 😕

At Angels Couture, thanks to the best advice, I found my dream clothes after a long search. In no other shop have we felt as comfortable as here. The owners are very nice, warm and competent. They respond to individual requests and enforce the customers' ideas, are honest and do not put anyone under pressure. Here the focus is on the satisfaction of the customer and not: the main thing is to sell, as I have unfortunately experienced with other businesses. Guler Abla knew exactly what I had in mind and accordingly showed me exactly the clothes that corresponded to the idea and not like others who represent their own interests. The advice was very fun. We all felt very comfortable there. There is a nice atmosphere there and the selection is very diverse and unique. There is something for every occasion. Whether evening wear, registry office, wedding or shoes and accessories. The range stands out from others and you can also have your dream dress made at Angels Couture. The shoes there are also very comfortable and recommendable. Many thanks again to Guler and Tugba Abla. For the cordiality and the competent advice and support as well as the implementation of my ideas.
