A huge compliment to the "Altagshelfer", always friendly and tries very hard to help the patient wherever they can. The old-age helpers give many patients the opportunity to live longer in their apartments, be it for household help, doing shopping, support for doctor visits, filling out forms, or simply listening or listening to words.
We have had very bad experiences returning the devices: incorrect return locations, incorrect telephone numbers and very poorly informed men and women on the phone. The one knows nothing of the other! My impression: a shambles when making an emergency call. Hopefully just a 'snapshot'.
The facility has taken care of and changes processes. We apologized - that was very good again :-) Keep it up !!
The menu service suppliers are really deep down in their behavior. Today, something was delivered in the neighborhood and because it's so easy, you just stand in front of someone else's garage. When the owner of the garage arrives and wants to drive into his garage, he is turned into the sleazy way "stupid goose, stupid cow". That - although lots of parking spaces on the street are free and then unfortunately you have to walk 8 meters further on foot!
So driver of the white completely run down Nissan Micra with license plate GL- (I will not write here) should urgently visit a Benimmschule again and be familiarized with the traffic rules.
