Better to listen to directions from Google. The Siegburg parking guidance system sends you wrong. In the parking garage my parking ticket was not recognized by any machine. No staff to ask. I was only able to trigger my car using the help button on the machine. This has already happened to several customers there.
UNPROMPTED: NEVER again. Retracted to the parking garage and wanted to drive out immediately, but I had to pay € 1.50.
The lady with her I talked about a call button, said that I should not retract if I did not want to park. My side is just SCAM. Even in an airport you have 3 minutes. At Apcoa you have to ALWAYS pay. That's why never again.
Nice and modern parking garage in a top location. However, parking here is correspondingly expensive.

Vending machine does not accept card. Emergency call button pressed. Wait 10min. Very unfriendly staff! Waited another 10 minutes at the barrier.
