The therapist did not introduce herself, only had a rudimentary knowledge of German. I'm also not used to the therapist sitting down during treatment. But that may be the case here. You lie on a lounger without a towel or any other cover. We don't live in Germany, maybe you should have brought something like that with you ... I'm a specialist and the massage didn't do me any good.
I wanted to inform myself by phone about a treatment that I would like to have booked privately and would like to make an appointment. For this purpose, the lady on the phone (Mrs. Fischer) obviously had no desire, so I had to wait for minutes in the waiting loop and then the lady even more outrageous to speak. Although we have been here for many years in treatment, we will look for now because of this insolence now another therapy center. So condescendingly we do not need to be "treated" !!!
I was very satisfied with the whole rehab.
The entire staff was just very nice and always helpful.
You felt very well taken care of from the first minute and not left alone.
The daily lunch was very varied and delicious.
The trainers in the gym have always motivated and have taken good care.
I am very satisfied there, especially with Mr. Bauer. He gives really great instructions and it brings me a lot for my shoulder surgery.
Was very skeptical at the beginning but it is going great and there is always a contact person. Everything is very friendly and I also found the doctors on site very good. The physiotherapy department deals with the problem in a super and professional manner. And of course I would also like to mention the torture chamber on the third floor, because even if you have a break, you can always do a bit of additional training. Great staff there! Thank you so much!
One more thing ...... the driving service does a great job, especially when you consider how frequent the traffic is.
