First of all: The osteopathic treatment by Mr. Mihaltan has brought nothing. His initial prognosis was very promising: after 10 double treatments of 45 minutes each, the problems should be resolved. Now, after almost 40! Double treatments, the problems persist. Each double treatment costs 88 EUR; the 45 minutes were seldom kept but lasted an average of 37 minutes. At a minute price of just under 2 EUR, that's a proud penny. We have not said anything for the sake of peace. We were all the more surprised when we were asked to pay the full EUR 88 for an appointment that was canceled due to illness: Our son had gotten sick so that he could not keep his appointment at 4 p.m. on a Monday. On Monday morning, shortly after 8 a.m., we therefore left a message on the answering machine and canceled the appointment. To be on the safe side, we called again around noon and reached Ms. Mihaltan, who confirmed that we had received the message. One day later the invoice came on which the canceled appointment was also calculated. We asked for the reason by phone and got the answer that appointments had to be canceled 24 hours in advance - Sunday or illness or not. Our question as to why she wouldn't have told us that on our phone call, so that e.g. another family member could have kept the appointment, went unanswered. Ms. Mihaltan said that it was her husband's decision and that she would discuss it with him. Shortly afterwards she received a text message telling us that her husband insisted on the request and that he would hereby cancel all further appointments. We are stunned - our son's health obviously doesn't matter at all. Conclusion: Except for expenses, nothing happened.
