Unfriendly! After answering a question about the posting receipt, she simply turns around and leaves. You have the feeling to drop off a package there is a burden. Never again! Perhaps if you are unable to provide customer-friendly service, it should be left out.

They are not only unfriendly, but also seem to be completely overwhelmed by them. My package was accepted but, according to the AMAZON app, it never left the shop. When I asked, it was said that all parcels are regularly picked up by UPS and therefore they cannot help me. Absolutely dubious and never again.
