We had the company install a pitched roof window. Before that, the roof had to be "cut open". Everything went great and the workmanship is impeccable. The appointment could be made at short notice; I have no complaints. Gladly again!

To be honest, I can't understand the previous review. Prompt contact via the Velux website, very friendly contact and a fair offer to exchange 3 roof windows. Even after we decided against replacing and refurbishing the windows, very friendly follow-up support for the delivery and attachment of accessories (shading, roller blinds). Very friendly and reserved staff, who were over-punctual and modest and put on overshoes before entering the house. Overall, very clean work and a clear recommendation for us.
