No expert knowledge of correct construction. His Dipl.-Ing. to simulate building skills. But is by no means in the construction sector, but in economics Dipl.-Ing. previously mechanical engineering. Unfriendly, arrogant and hired his "favorite companies" without consultation. No inhibition whatsoever to plunge the owners into bankruptcy without being informed. Pentrant embarrassing excuses to the point of lying. Should definitely get the license revoked.
