Unfortunately, the phones ring through. There seems to be no one responsible. My tax return has already been submitted for 8 weeks. Badly organized - I adjust my post if that changes. 01/10/2021 Correction of my rating from 1 to 4 stars: When you get someone on the phone, you get very good help and the staff is very friendly. I'm used to waiting now, but it's not that bad anymore :-)

Very unfriendly nobody wants to help you, everyone just to work for himself just a dirty shop, I don't recommend grandpas and grandmas to retire or to the gskammer

Very unfriendly incompetent employee who misuses her job. Registered letters will not be answered for more than 3 months. Long delays of at least 8 weeks before work continues. Wait 11 months for the tax assessment. Such people would be fired directly elsewhere.

Up to now I have had no personal contact with the tax office. Yesterday I was there for the first time and was thrilled. The employee (Mrs. Gehlen) was very friendly and helpful. I am very stunned!!
