very bad,bad omnibus company. I booked one airport transfer from dusseldorf-bad salzuflen on 22.09.2019. I paid them 1 month ago. 1. the driver bring his wife in the bus and always was talking with his wife when he was driving which is very dangous. 2. reject to open the air-condition and the bus is very hot. 3 the last and the important, i have paid the tips and meal to the company, his driver ask the guest to pay him again which is 50 euro, or he will not give the guest their luggage. and MR. Joachim Jumpertz is always throwing the problem and reject to return us the money they double charge. Anyway, do not book their bus service which is very bad experience.
