It couldn't be worse ... incompetent to the power of three ... I needed a van for furniture. Apparently nothing there, only the next day. You don't need to call there either, nobody answers, not even at my visit to the .... store. No customer inside except me and the old one lets the phone ring until the no longer works. One star too many ... Never again, I'd rather walk.

Employees were relatively nice and friendly, but the handover protocol was prepared in advance when the transporter was picked up. I would have expected that a handover protocol would be made with me in order to be able to rule out something being overlooked

The company I worked for booked a VW T5. Everything clarified on the phone. When I was supposed to get the car there was theater because you wanted a credit card from the company, although everything had been clarified on the phone beforehand. Also assumption of costs payment ect .. The car should be picked up by 6 p.m. and because of the theater, we could only pick it up the next day at 9 a.m. We should be at the customer at 7 a.m. Even privately I don't book a car there anymore. The second star only exists because the car was fine.
