We still had vouchers from over 10 years ago and were able to redeem them by telephone. The staff and the managing director were very nice and helpful.

(Unfortunately 0 stars don't work here) On Saturday, June 14th around 3pm I unfortunately had to complain about a 1 month old white gold bracelet after having worn it four times. Instead of coming towards me as a customer, we had to listen to a 15 minute lecture about the treatment of the bracelet. Among other things, it was assumed that I hit the table or broke it in stress. Ms. Dill tried to sell it to me as an exchange, which was clearly a complaint due to a lack of inferior quality. After a long back and forth, the two ladies were then ready to issue a credit after I signaled so definitely not to buy anything else here ad hoc. It's a shame, but we will definitely not be going back after many years of customers.

I was always very well advised, I can only recommend it. Shop assistants are very helpful.
