The company is a German master company and is run according to the old school and the increasingly rare German virtues: Our door lock was broken and had to be broken out of the door with a special tool. On the phone, Mr Aussem gave tips on how to do it without a locksmith. Since it didn't work, he needed some information on the phone and immediately quoted a fair price. EVER SUPER! It then came very quickly and everything was done and replaced without damage. Small parts originally mentioned in the cost estimate were then not required and also NOT calculated! Almost a sensation - this customer-friendly honesty! Absolutely top recommendation and full marks from me ... and I don't write any other reviews, but everyone probably knows the 'locksmith reports' and I think it's only fair to support such a company here and to help other unlucky people, a trustworthy service to find.
