My pediatrician gave me a prescription for manual therapy and then I tried to arrange a teen here, after 2 messages I left on the AB I was called back. During this call, the connection broke down and no one was available by phone, so I drove a short hand to make an appointment, but I was able to stay there immediately and my daughter was treated. The therapist was very nice and explained and did it well. The following appointment would have been 2 weeks later, but that was taking too long so we could come back a week later, everything was good for this appointment too. After the drama with the telephone availability, the next one, my follow-up appointment was postponed for 3 weeks because of illness. Then my appointment should be finally, but this was also canceled and should be put in the middle of March (the last appointment that took place was at the end of January!) I did not agree and received one for the end of February. A break in therapy of 5 weeks in an infant is absolute cheek, then I would not have had to go to the MT with her. Not recommended for us. The quality of the treatments may be good, but the practice organization is simply bad!
