Ralf is always very reliable and punctual. Above all, however, friendly, competent (explains everything was questioned) and always has new ideas for good treatment methods. I am very satisfied with him and can only recommend him. Also at my many construction sites he comes - if necessary also like to visit the house. Even when I was back in the hospital, he personally inquired after my health. All thumbs up!
