The best post office far and wide !!! 👍👍👍👍👍All employees are super friendly and helpful. Absolutely reliable !!! I always have my parcels sent to the branch, so I am there regularly and am always happy to be able to briefly exchange them with you. Communication is "EVERYTHING" and this was / is possible at any time via different communication channels - you feel welcomed, understood and have been well informed about everything.

Unfortunately, mostly only the dissatisfied rate. I AM HAPPY! .. even very. I have seen many post offices and have waited a long time, I was treated unfriendly and received wrong advice .... In the post office in Birkesdorf the WAITING TIME was short, the advice was good and I also got a SMILE. Keep it up! Would love to come back!

Very pleasant branch. You can tell right away that this branch is managed privately. Here you are treated like a customer. If you don't believe that, go to the main post office in Düren. Old-style employees work here. They started their professional careers in the 70s and still work today as in monopoly times. To everyone who complains here: Just be fair.

Great service and personable, always friendly staff. I always feel comfortable with you. When I read here how some people complain about waiting times 🤦‍♂️. Even if there is a long queue in the shop (which has rarely happened to me), that's the way it is. Everyone has only two hands and if you don't have a few minutes patience, then bad luck. I think you are great. Keep it up.
