Please fix the technical problem in order to print out the shipping labels, otherwise ok.
I've been a fan of the local DHL Packstations for many years.
This allows you to receive or send parcels flexibly around the clock and you are not dependent on the opening times of the post offices.
At the DHL Packstation 132 at the LIDL market in Malteserstr. However, I have had bad experiences several times. When it comes to printing out the shipping label directly via the packing station. There seems to be an ongoing technical problem here. Because for the third time it happened to me there that no shipping label was printed out. The station’s integrated printer loosens itself, but does not issue a shipping label. It sounds like there is a paper jam inside the station. This is very annoying for the customer, because in the end you are forced to buy a new shipping stamp and print it out on your home printer. A second print of the original stamp is basically not possible! To get a refund for the failed printing of the first shipping label, you have to contact DHL service. Such an action ultimately costs the customer a lot of time, nerves and money.
We can only hope that DHL will make technical improvements here.
