Order came quickly, the main dishes were all tasty. Could have been a little hotter but I can overlook that if it's delicious. Please stick to the quality, unfortunately there aren't many restaurants / delivery services in the area that are delicious.

Essen lecker. Lieferzeit und Organisation ist ne Katastrophe. Die Website ist online. Man bekommt ne Bestätigung und kein Essen kommt. Und dann muss man sich ausreden anhören. Nach 5 Versuchen sind wir durch. Danke. Wir bestellen nicht wieder. Was für Amateure!

Delicious high quality food The Rhenish dishes are delicious. You can tell when you look, but especially with the taste, that the owners must have thought something about the food and work with passion. The desserts are also super delicious !!

Delivery was great. Faster than advertised and the food was warm. Unfortunately 3 of 3 dishes didn't taste good ... The ribs were drowned in the fat and the schnitzel was unfortunately very sticky and the Königsbergerklopse were too salty. Unfortunately never again ..

Yesterday we - 3 people - wanted to try out the delivery service and the range of meals from pfannenwerk.de. I had seen information about the new service on the Internet and decided to order from it - simply a different offer compared to the usual pizza delivery services. The company's website is probably not quite finished yet, because you could only order by phone - so far so good. So then get down to work - days in advance I ordered the following dishes: 1x cabbage roll with potatoes and coleslaw, 1x spit roast with sauce, fried potatoes and coleslaw, and 1x chicken fillet Hawaii with croquettes. We also chose 1x New York Cheesecake as dessert for everyone. The delivery time was agreed upon by the contact person on the phone at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday. Yesterday we waited hungrily for our lunch - when at 1:00 p.m. still nothing had arrived, I called Pfannenwerk and asked where our lunch was going - perplexed the lady on the phone. Then the lady answered and said it would take another half hour. I accepted that. The meal came at the newly agreed time. The delivery woman was very nice and friendly - but a word of apology for the mishap - no report. Well, then we sat at table. The dishes were all just slightly lukewarm! The reason was certainly the packaging. Cabbage roulade and spit roast were in a styrofoam-like bowl with a lid, the chicken escalope and the associated croquettes were each in a separate cardboard box without any thermal insulation quality, the dessert and the salads were each in a plastic bowl with a lid. Everything together was given to us in two paper bags - you can't keep food warm like that. Delivery in a styrofoam box or similar. would have been better. Now for the food. The cabbage roll (no longer on the menu today) was perceived as unpleasant, the cabbage hard and only briefly seared, the minced meat content normally seasoned, potatoes and coleslaw OK. The spit roast tasted okay with a lot of sauce, but it was more of a normal roast pork - there wasn't anything crispy to be found. The fried potatoes were totally soggy because of the too much sauce. Coleslaw was ok. The chicken fillet was unfortunately unseasoned and only topped with pineapple slices and gratinated with cheese. The croquettes were slightly crispy and fluffy in the core. The New York cheesecakes weren't too sweet, juicy and sprinkled with a dollop of brittle cream next to them - quite good for dessert. The overall quality must generally be classified as very average home cooking. Too bad - I had promised myself more. You get a special impression of this establishment when you look at the first 5-star ratings. I couldn't believe my eyes - even the owner of the restaurant and another person from the family - the cook? - (You have also published your username - Ms. S. H. and Mr. L.H.) thought they rated themselves with 5 stars - how bold is that? Everyone can make their own thoughts about it.
