The first company that - after a long search - was able to offer a solution to our problem (skylights that do not conform to standards). The offer came quickly and exactly matched what had been discussed. The communication was very friendly and solution-oriented; the assembly date was confirmed the day before and the roofers arrived on time at the agreed time. The assembly then took place very smoothly, with a great overview, very professional and yet surprisingly fast. In the end, the window was tight, fully functional and installed without any damage. This means that Jörg Pelzer will be our first point of contact for all problems with the roof in the future.

Unfortunately, it has happened to us TWICE now that the Pelzer company "left us out in the rain": They gave us binding assistance in connection with storm damage on the same day and then simply didn't come (even on the following days) not even by phone. After a long and pointless wait, we contacted Thomas Schmidt, who was able to repair the damage to our complete satisfaction within an hour. Thanks again for that :)! Treating someone in an emergency repeatedly as the Pelzer company did with us does not, of course, earn any stars!

5 stars for the Pelzer company and the employees! So far we have been able to use the services of the Pelzer company twice and both times everything went great and to our complete satisfaction. From the phone call to the installation, we were always given friendly and competent advice. Keep it up!
