I just bought 2 small Coca-Cola and within 20 seconds I wanted to exchange them for 2 large bottles but I was not allowed to do that !! And that has nothing to do with COVID because the two listless employees told me they don't do it because they don't want to and that would supposedly be instructions from the boss! ! if I had said petrol in diesel I would understand, but small Coca-Cola in size that cost more that doesn't work! That was my last purchase here and it was anything but ARAL SUPER! Fortunately, you can refuel somewhere else and something 🛒 !!

Generally decent Aral, but, as is so often the case, unfriendly, bold staff. The cashier did not even wear a face mask on December 21, 2020 and did not stay behind the partition. It's never too crowded here for that.

At this gas station, a voucher for a discount for refueling in the new year (valid until today) was issued when refueling at the end of 2020. The voucher could not be credited today when refueling. The “cashier” asked her boss the succinct answer: There is nothing you can do about it, then the customer has probably already used the voucher. No! He does not have!!! An outrageous and unfounded allegation! The theoretically saved 1.80 do not matter to me and I would have simply swallowed the matter if another customer approach had taken place here! But not redeeming a valid and authorized voucher and then fobbing the customer off in this way and even claiming an attempt at fraud has nothing to do with customer service and is an absolute insolence! Will use one of the abundant gas station alternatives in the future!

The prices for gasoline are sometimes up to 12 cents higher than in Düsseldorf and the employees are very unfriendly. In the future I prefer to drive a few kilometers to Haan ... never again here!
