I am also very satisfied. Was a very short term rental. Worked smoothly. The staff was also very friendly.

The very friendly customer advisor processed the booking quickly and came rough to record another damage. There is one star less because the transporter had over 50 previous damage, which cost me a lot of time to reconcile and to find any new ones.

I rented a van for a day. Unfortunately, it had neither a reversing camera nor PDC. The interior was a bit disgusting as it was apparently not cleaned. For this, I was given a fair discount in the event of a complaint. Otherwise everything was fine.
