Our heating was down on Friday evening. We called Patermann's emergency service. On the phone we were informed about the costs of the emergency service. We made an appointment two hours later. The employee came on time. He went straight to work after we briefly described what was going on. After a while, the craftsman was able to get the heating system up and running. He explained the cause and told us what else should be done.
We have been working with Tiles and Sanitär Patermann GmbH for years. In terms of project management, scheduling, and deadlines, other companies can take a good look at this. All trades are perfectly coordinated and the customer gets a really great feel-good bathroom! Great team and really good job! Keep it up!!
The gas line in my apartment building was shut down due to the smell of gas. The municipal utilities then found that some places were leaking. Our house and yard fitters did not want to repair the gas line until a month later. But I couldn't wait that long because every apartment (6 apartments) has its own gas boiler. All apartments would have been without hot water and heating for a month. After a long search, Patermann was the only company that was ready to help us at short notice, as this was actually an emergency. After the company quickly submitted a cost proposal, we then commissioned Patermann with the repair. The bill was a bit above the estimated cost, but we were glad that our tenants could heat again and had warm water. Now the Patermann company is our house and yard installer. Thanks again to the staff!
Tiles & paramedics Petermann recently renovated our bathroom in Düsseldorf. Accordingly, the company is not only active in Mettmann itself, but also in the surrounding area. A friend of mine made me aware of the company and was able to gain positive experience - and I was not disappointed either. The managing director Mr. Loosen was able to implement our wishes quickly and the renovation went smoothly. Mr Loosen's broad specialist knowledge should be emphasized positively, since he also manages other craft businesses in Düsseldorf and can therefore offer extensive solution concepts. Overall a thoroughly positive experience!
