Moin Sped.Jachmann. First of all I would like to mention that I was received and greeted very kindly in your office (driver registration). I also received nice information that I have to unload my goods in the external warehouse. Which is not a problem for me and was not. (There is Dafür for that) A B E R what was going on in their subcamp or how I was received there defies description. I have rarely experienced such impoliteness & arogance in my driver career. I can not help that your employee is apparently not satisfied with his job and / or life. "The delivery is not registered I have no time ..." etc. Just as you might need a pallet truck for unloading. It is well known that sound makes music. Nevertheless, I wish you and your employees all the best for 2020 and see you again soon. Greetings André
