Very well set up, clean and tidy. Hygiene standards are observed. Motivated staff.

An absolute imposition! The shop assistants are incompetent, unfriendly and unprofessional. Without exception, really ALL rude! How can one call such a face of Rossmann? An absolute shame for the store. You are often harassed by employees for no reason. Children were not allowed to look at the toys, let alone touch test models. The employees are not available for questions. They are very reluctant to help. The “boss” motivates the employees to this obscene behavior. The shop doesn't deserve a star. I prefer to drive a longer distance to DM to enjoy the more child-friendly and customer-friendly atmosphere.

Nice big business, but the servants don't go at all if we had dealt with customers like that, especially children, my boss would have thrown us out, and you don't have to put up with the moods, as you are welcomed and served much more friendly at DM

My child was forbidden to go to the toys and try them out, we adults are allowed to try expensive perfume but children are not cheap toys really hostile to children. Last time in the store.
