Top! I've been to many jewelry stores by now, but now I know which one to go in the future. Courteous and competent advice, fair prices and, above all, a very accommodating.
I sold gold last week and they gave me more than a fair price. Regardless of the fair price, I noticed as a customer in a jeweler the first time that the advice was really informative and you have taken quite a lot of time for me. I can now say with complete conviction that I have found the jeweler of my confidence!
Great shopping experience, we can only report the best. We got our wedding rings here this year. The first consultation was very competent and detailed. Every one of our requests was taken into account (and could be taken into account, since the rings are specially made for us on site, which does not preclude special requests). After that it was almost certain: Here we get the rings, but you don't want to be left without a comparison. We were wished for success in our search in various wedding ring studios in Düsseldorf (of which we also visited 3). But as already suspected, our jeweler in Haan was the best in every respect: both in terms of advice and price, but also in terms of the feel-good atmosphere, it was way ahead of the Düsseldorfers. We have been wearing the rings daily for a good 2 months now and have not been disappointed in terms of quality or comfort. At Christmas there was a lookup from here for my wife.
Today I was here for the first and last time! I brought my watch over because she had stopped. After several minutes of trial and error, the employee - who became more and more nervous and unfriendly with every passing second - finally got the clock up and changed the battery. When I got my watch back, the whole floor was totally scratched. "That was so!" In response to my question, I received what we could do about it now. Ultimately I had to let myself get insulted when going out. So you do not do business!
For me, a 1 star rating is absolutely incomprehensible!
I know Mr. Yildiz as a reliable goldsmith. No matter with which concern I came to him, he has always competently advised me and worked with patience and care.
I was greeted as always very friendly. Without ulterior motives, I am always helped, very good service and nice employees who know how to deal with the concerns of the customer. Thank you very much!!
