It was ordered at the locksmith a spare part and asked by phone after two weeks of whereabouts. There was only the statement "is no longer produced, should I build it myself?". The missing callback was attributed to a "misplaced telephone number" and threatened with evidence of a negative review with a lawyer. Not recommendable!
