In the storm in early March, our balcony door was no longer close. The castle was damaged. Calls to two companies gave the information that a new door was needed. At the company RIEGELWERK they said: I'll be with you in twenty minutes. The mechanic unscrewed the lock, showed us the damaged gearbox and said he was trying to get a new gearbox. Two days later the call, the transmission is there, the next day the installation. And all for a very fair price. Our experience with RIEGELWERK: Competent, reliable, fast.
