Ulrich Munkert is responsible for this, the new tenant of the house, whose company M> PI has brought the house into shape since it was taken over in May. Instead of the concrete gray of the walls, light and light colors now dominate, the individual garages have been removed, and large-scale surveillance has taken the wind out of the sails of the young party lions. Munkert is innovative and open-minded: As a committed networker, he was immediately open to working with the Kulturvilla. From now on, special conditions for parked guests can be offered there using a discount device: 3 hours of parking, the classic length of stay in a concert, for example, is reduced to 1 euro, a visit to a wedding party, after which it is better to leave the car overnight, or more sober: a full-day corporate event now costs just 2.50 instead of up to 24 euros for 24 hours. “This is a huge boost for us,” says a delighted Constanze Backes. “And Mr. Munkert gave us something else: My women's choir, which was founded in January, the 'Chori-Feen' have only been rehearsing in small groups in the Kulturvilla since the Corona era, almost under the medical supervision of choir member Dr. Andrea Bruns. Today we were allowed to sing with the full cast for the first time, with church acoustics on Mr. Munkert's parking deck: A party for all of us! "
