Unfortunately, the waiting times are still the smallest evil there. You are treated disrespectfully, the employees are annoyed and take it out on the customer. A normal question is sometimes answered as if one were of poor intelligence and efforts to help the customer with their problem are shied away from. I have often given this branch a chance, unfortunately for the last time!
Not only rude, but also fraudulent. I weighed and measured the package carefully beforehand in order to be able to send it as an S, but I should pay for an M. From now on I will only postage online.
Such unfriendly staff, if I didn't have to go there for professional reasons, I would do a huge BOgen U. This branch.
So if I write the time on Saturday by 1.30 p.m., I can also request this opening time. Very dissatisfied.
I have never had any problems with the staff there, are happy to help and are friendly. That a person cannot smile 24 hours a day or that he happily reacts to any "nicely expressed criticism" - understandable!
