The sign on the door says open until 18:00. It's only bad when the store is locked at 5:52 pm when Fort Knox and customers want to pick up their packages. Maybe DHL should look for a new branch in Wülfrath. Maybe one with opening hours until 18:00.

Muschibude.Paket had been handed over to me by DHL there, wanted to give me 5 € change when I picked up the package (cash on delivery) and immediately found that there was 5 € missing. 👎👎👎

Why a phone if you do not work at all ????? Called at least 10 times, because it is important !! Not at all !!!!!!!

Actually 0 stars. We were stopped. On demand if a package can now be sent by the store manager first an extra loud phone call so that every customer gets it. Privacy is not known there. Upon further demand, the phone call lasted already 10 minutes, we were seriously offended. Then we left the branch and continued to insult very badly on the open road. My wife has burst into tears and an ad is mentioned.
