There are always strange people, but they don't do anything to you. Packstation is at the tram stop on the right next to the kiosk at the entrance to the fountain. The load is low and easy to reach on foot / or by tram. I always use them and the packages always end up there.

Not exactly the service that the DHL still had 2 years ago, the packages are very late to the recipient and then impossible that the customer finds 1 notification in the mailbox even though he was at home. I ship my parcels now with other parcel services, better service, good prices and good delivery service

The station itself can not be good or bad. If you do not have one. There is room for it, because of the many orders or the people who do not pick up their packages. But so far no problems.
